Branch Report - April 2025

On Easter Sunday around 18 of our branch members met at our HQ and meandered up to The National Memorial Arburitum near Burton on Trent. 'Gone but not forgotten' in memory of former members. The weather was reasonable so the hour and a half ride was, I am told, very pleasant. A donation of over £100 was made to the Arburitum. The event was well organised by branch members Martin Wake and Bob Wisdom.

Upcoming events to be attended by our members include an event at National Motorcycle Museum which includes an Audience with Lili Myers (widow of 'Hairy Biker' Dave).

Later in May is the annual Rugby Bike fest at which we have an allocated parking area. We generally have a ride in so watch for an email confirmation of time and place.

Birmingham & Wolverhampton Branch  have a Summer Concours Evening including a buffet. All members are invited.

It is sad to report that our section has not had any new members since before Christmas so if you know of someone with an interest in the marque please encourage them to come along to an event and join up.
