Meriden Branch Report April 2018


The Easter Egg Run to the Acorns Children's Hospice attracted about a dozen riders ably led by Martin with Keith at the rear on a fine day. Over £300 plus eggs were donated by branch members. Some of the children came outside to see the bikes.


Len and Julie spent the weekend of 21st and 22nd promoting the club at the Tfest event at Performance Triumph in Stratford-upon-Avon with assistance from a variety of branch members each day. Good to see some of our less known members.


The Ride for Life run on 22nd only attracted 4 riders, where were you all?

Coming up are rides to Rugby Bike Fest on May 20th from Long Itchington Diner 9.30 for 10.00 away.


The Wings and Wheels event is on Monday May 28th at Bidford on Avon flying club. Leave Stratford bike park 9.30 for 10.00 away.


Coventry Motofest is on June 2nd/3rd. Visit our branch display.


Daventry Motorcycle Festival is on June 9th. Ride in from Long Itchington Diner 10.00 for 10.30 away.


Visit our branch stand at the VMCC Banbury Run on June 17th at the British Motor Museum, Gaydon.


The following week is the Meriden Motorcycle Megaride. Register here www.megaride.co.uk  A great day out organised by Meriden Branch and the Rotary Club
