Meriden Branch Report May 2015

Well we have had a busy few weeks, what with visiting the Somerset and Dorset Rally at Yeovil, then the West Wales Rally in Carmarthenshire, a big thank you to everyone for your hospitality, a good time was had by all.

Then a group of us descended on our local Dealership for the  25 Years of Hinckley Triumphs, well done to Bob Wisdom and Julie Taylor for winning two of the respective groups, Bob with his Thunderbird Sport and Julie with her Daytona 1000.......Then on Bank Holiday Monday Keith led the ride to Bidford upon Avon Glider Club for their Wings and Wheels Charity event.  Poor Gary broke down again, Len stayed behind to help him and once going again he went home and changed bikes - this is why one bike is never enough ! .........

Then on Sun 31st May we took the Branch Stand to Coventry Motofest, we could only muster 5 bikes for the stand due to Holidays and other commitments, the weather wasn't great, but we gave out a few Nacelles and membership forms, and there was some interest in our cutaway engine.

Our Coach Trip to Sammy Millers is on June 11th

The Meriden Megaride is  28th June - if anyone is in the area please come and visit our Branch Stand for a great afternoon - you will be most welcome - there will be a donation for charity asked for to park on the field, but free parking is available too.

Don't forget our 'Bring it Home' Rally 24th - 26th July, next door to where the Meriden factory stood, pre book and only pay £12.00 for your Camping and Rally Badge.

Ride Safe
